Meet our new team-members!

SWACH is pleased to announce two recent hires!

Ren Autrey is excited to join the SWACH team as the HealthConnect HUB Coordinator. She will continue the work of supporting the Pathways Care Coordinators in reaching goals of wellness by identifying and overcoming barriers to good health. She is also working hard to engage community in expanding the HealthBridge shared community resource platform that will be connecting all parts of community to better health through information and closed loop referrals.

Ren Autrey is a Certified Peer Counselor with experience including CVAB’s Warmline team and as the director of Outsiders Inn.org, a small local non-profit. Ren is dedicated to making connections and advocating for community resources, housing justice and hope for people experiencing homelessness in Vancouver, WA.

Jason Burton is our new Controller and HR Administrator. Jason assists the Finance and Human Resources Director with a wide variety of finance and HR related duties including overseeing accounts payable processes, payroll, and benefits administration

Jason comes to SWACH with years of non-profit finance experience in health care and social services settings. In addition to his professional roles he has also enjoyed volunteering his time and financial skills with a local community theater group (and even occasionally acting) and can regularly be found participating in Portland’s thriving competitive pinball scene.
