SWACH Staff Changes
Joining: Nichole Peppers Webster
Nichole Peppers Webster joins SWACH as the HealthConnect Network Manager, after previously working for YWCA Clark County as the Director of the Safe Choice domestic violence programs. Committed to equity and anti-violence practices, she has served as a member of racial equity assessment and planning committees since 2015. Nichole holds a graduate degree in Conflict Resolution with a concentration on facilitated dialogue from Portland State University. She completed her thesis work with Center for Trauma Support Services and taught course work at Oregon State Penitentiary. Nichole completed her undergraduate work with Washington State University. Nichole is a current member of Leadership Clark County, class of 2021.

Nichole and her family love being outside. You can find them on any weekend hiking or gardening. Nichole is also a PTSA member and volunteer at Hough Elementary school in her daughter’s class.
Departing: Molly Haynes
Molly Haynes, Deputy Director of Collective Impact for SWACH, has also recently chosen to leave SWACH to continue her work in public health and serve our communities in other ways. In her time with SWACH, Molly worked with regional partners through the RHIP Council, and also led the most recent rounds of state-level ACH semi-annual reporting efforts. Just prior to her departure, Molly also help manage and launch the new COVID-19 Care Coordination program in SW WA in coordination with DOH to help serve those facing hardships during their COVID-positive isolation and quarantine.
Departing: Susan Crandall
Susan Crandall, Director of Finance and Human Resources, has left SWACH to continue her professional career. Susan joined SWACH in mid-2018 and was instrumental in the development of policies and procedures for the finance and human resources functions. We wish Susan success in her career. Jason Burton, Controller & HR manager will be assuming many of the finance and HR functions, while we complete a needs assessment.
