The More You Know - July Resources

Each month, as part of the HealthConnect Bulletin, we feature resources that may be useful to the community-based workforce. These resources come from SWACH’s very own Community-Based Worker Specialist, Brandi Williams.

  • Diapers and pullups give away at Bridge View Resource Center before 11 a.m.

  • Baby Formula available at Fred Meyer on Mill Plain in Cascade Park and Fred Meyer on Rosa Parks Parkway in Portland (consider calling in advance as supply can vary)

  • Bus Passes Available on July 1st (Brandi only receives 10 and they go fast. Her contact information is below)

  • COVID-19Home Test available (Brandi can deliver if needed)

  • Boys and Girls Club open for the Summer June 22nd-August 19. Visit mybgc.org for locations and times

  • 4 days of Aloha July 21st – July 24, 2022 - Esther Short Park

  • Friday night in the park first night Encanto July 8, 2022 - National Park Service Parade grounds. Starting between 9 - 9:30 p.m.
