Hallie Will is a HealthConnect Systems Specialist at SWACH with a focus on referral management. Hallie has traveled and lived in various places in the PNW, Northern California, and Massachusetts. Her time in these different areas involved working in various places and positions, including service industry and landscaping -- but her true passion lies in public health data analysis, community engagement, and climate science.

Previously, she worked in reproductive healthcare in rural California as a patient advocate and health worker, during which time the area experienced significant and devastating wildfire events. This experience of working with high needs populations during extreme climate events inspired her to pursue a career in public health. She holds a graduate degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Public Health & Environmental Systems & Human Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Portland State University.

In her free time she enjoys spending time hiking and studying the local forest ecology, traveling to new places, seeing live music, listening to podcasts about the paranormal, and spending time with friends and family.
